The easiest and most cost-effective way to get to and from your hotel or resort.

Super Shuttle are the nation's leading shared-ride airport shuttle service, providing door-to-door ground transportation to more than 8 million passengers per year. Their friendly drivers, comfortable vans and reasonable rates take the hassle out of getting to and from 33 airports in over 50 US cities and surrounding communities! In Arizona they service Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.

How SuperShuttle Works

SuperShuttle’s blue vans take customers from the airport or hotel. To keep prices low, their passengers give a small amount of their time, and share the ride with a few other passengers. In exchange, SuperShuttle provides prices that are more economical than a taxi or limo and a solution that is more convenient than driving.

The state of the art automated dispatch system strategically routes passengers with others traveling to the same geographic area. This system is unique to SuperShuttle and gets everyone to their destination as promptly and economically as possible. SuperShuttle encourages everyone to make a reservation from the airport. While reservations are not required, SuperShuttle have found that passengers prefer to make reservations in advance to avoid the time and hassle of paying in the airport or on-board the van. Advance reservations also help plan the number of vans that will be needed to service all customers.

Please note that if you book a reservation from the airport, this does not mean a van will be waiting upon arrival at the airport. Due to security considerations, airports do not allow SuperShuttle to have vans lined up at the curb. However, vans wait close in a “holding lot” near the airport, just minutes away.

In Phoenix a member of SuperShuttle’s staff will be standing curbside to assist. The process is simple:

  1. Once the luggage is collected, tell the SuperShuttle representative the specific address and provide the confirmation number and/or last name.
  2. The representative will activate the system. This tells dispatchers to route the customer(s) with other people headed in the same direction, whether they are waiting at this or other terminals.
  3. The next available van will then be dispatched from the "holding lot" at the airport only minutes away, to pick up, along with the others who have been assigned to that van.
  4. There is a short wait time while the van is assigned and the route established. The actual time varies depending on the volume of passengers, the number of terminal stops, airport traffic and weather conditions. The local representative will be able to give an accurate estimate when checking in.
  5. As soon as the van arrives at the curb, all passengers will be promptly boarded, and they are on the way!
